This Coaching Program is designed to teach you how to you break free from emotional eating and the guilt and shame that come with it.
You’ll discover how to find peace with food, your body and yourself, which impacts on all relationships and aspects of your life.
It will be tailored specifically to you, for you with both of us walking alongside each other to tap into your inner wisdom, strengths, values, and intuition.

One-on-One Coaching
This 6-month coaching is personal and created just for you. Together, we’ll explore emotional eating, heal guilt and shame, and create new patterns that align with your true desires. You’ll build safety in your body, increase confidence, and boost self-esteem—transforming your body into your greatest ally.

A simple, proven technique to quickly release cravings, stress, and anxiety, heal old wounds, and imprint updated beliefs that serve you.

MY STORY
In 2012, at 50 years old, I was still trapped in bulimia and emotional eating. I had so much shame, guilt and embarrassment that I was struggling, which affected my self worth and confidence. I had an obsession with food and believed my body was the problem. Â
Desperate for change, I used my experiences, 30 years of work with clients, and extensive training, tried different modalities, healing, movement, creative approaches,SoulCollage® and brought them all together to create DEEP Body Love.  See About Liz if you want to know more.
This approach healed me on every level—body, mind and spirit, learning from many, including clients and mentors.. I freed myself from the burdens of emotional eating, overcame the eating disorder, and finally learned to accept and love my body.
Now, I live with joy and confidence, free from shame. DEEP Body Love and SoulCollage® transformed my life, and I’m dedicated to helping others find the same freedom and peace by honouring their body and who they are.
